Competitive-innovative development of tourism enterprises in the framework of sustainable development
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to improve the theoretical foundations of tourism enterprises based on the Competitive-innovative approach to sustainable development. In this article, we have described the obstacles that enterprise management may face in implementing the concept of innovation and competitive management. First, we have studied the abstract tourism enterprise as a system that develops following the general laws of systems development. Next, we considered some theoretical issues of the transformation of the management of tourism enterprises and summarized the possible threats to growth. Finally, focusing on the role of tourism enterprises for sustainable development, we described the potential advantages and disadvantages of such management. We proposed a "plan b" - the abandonment of this mechanism by deconstructing it.
