Abstract
Dear Colegues!
We publish this issue in difficult times. Ukraine has suffered an insidious stab from Russia, the war continues.
Our editorial policy has not changed. As in the past, we do not accept articles in which the author is affiliated with the Russian Federation. Our team tries to work best, but some of us are in Ukraine. Ukrainian members of the editorial board are relatively safe and are working to improve the journal's quality.
Traditionally, let me briefly describe the content of the issue. We are pleased to present articles that address issues related to regional sustainable development, social responsibility of Ukrainian business, financial aspects of the mitigating climate change, and legal issues of transportation of dangerous goods. All articles are written in the spirit of supporting sustainable development processes. The authors are from Bulgaria, Ukraine, South Africa, India, Poland. The total volume of the issue is five articles. We were forced to reject six articles (the acceptance rate was 45.5%). The main reason was non-compliance with the journal's goals (five papers); one article was rejected according to the reasoned decision of the reviewers.
I wish everyone a peaceful sky!
Glory to Ukraine! Слава Україні!
Sincerely,
Juliusz Piwowarski, DSc, Professor,
Editorial Board Chairman
